At Pikachupulls, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds in certain situations where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review the following conditions to determine eligibility.

Non-Refundable Items

All sales of TCG (Trading Card Game) cards are final.
Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of TCG products, we do not offer refunds for any of the following:

  • Single cards

  • Sealed booster packs or boxes

  • Graded cards

  • Mystery bundles or custom card lots

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • A non-TCG item qualifies under our return policy

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Return the item (if required) in original, unused condition

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method (bank transfer)

  • Processing time may take 3–5 business days after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part
